YAARZOO – REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and payments made through the Yaarzoo App, Website, and associated services, operated by Max Play Digital Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By using Yaarzoo and making any payment through the platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. General Rules on Refunds

  • All purchases made on Yaarzoo are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or mentioned in this policy.
  • Refunds may be considered only under specific conditions and after internal verification.
  • Fraudulent claims or misuse of the refund process may lead to account action or legal consequences.

2. Subscription Refunds (Premium / VIP / Pro Plans)

Subscriptions may include premium features such as:

  • ad-free experience
  • additional upload limits
  • exclusive access
  • creator tools

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • You were charged accidentally for a subscription you did not intend to purchase.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same subscription.
  • The service was not delivered due to technical issues verified by our team.
  • You cancel a subscription within the applicable grace period (if provided by Google Play / Apple App Store).

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Auto-renewal charges that were not cancelled on time
  • Subscription purchased at a discounted or promotional price
  • Subscriptions revoked due to policy violations
  • User dissatisfaction without specific technical fault

2.3 How Refunds Are Processed

  • Android (Google Play) → Refunds must be requested through Google Play Store.
  • iOS (Apple App Store) → Refunds must be requested directly from Apple.
  • Direct payments made on Yaarzoo → Contact our support team via email.

3. In-App Purchases (Coins / Wallet / Paid Features)

Yaarzoo may offer digital goods such as:

  • Coins
  • Boosts
  • Stickers
  • Gifts
  • Paid filters or frames
  • Creator support features

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only allowed if:

  • You were charged but did not receive the digital item.
  • A technical error prevented usage of the purchased item.
  • Duplicate transactions occurred.

3.2 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Coins or digital items once used/spent
  • Purchases made by mistake
  • Purchases by children/minors on your device
  • Purchased items consumed within the app

No refunds for consumed digital goods as per global digital commerce standards.


4. Advertising Purchases

Brands, agencies, or users may purchase:

  • Sponsored posts
  • Ads
  • Promotions
  • Creator boosts

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Ads that did not meet performance expectations
  • User dissatisfaction with ad results
  • Delayed ad approval caused by incorrect ad submissions
  • Ads stopped due to violations of Yaarzoo’s Advertising Policy

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • You were charged but the ad did not run at all
  • Duplicate billing occurred

5. Creator Earnings & Payouts

Creators earning through:

  • monetized content
  • paid subscriptions
  • virtual gifts
  • ad revenue sharing

Refunds do NOT apply to creator payouts already processed.

If a user receives a refund for a transaction they made to support a creator, Yaarzoo reserves the right to:

  • deduct corresponding amounts from the creator’s future payout, or
  • adjust wallet balances accordingly

6. Fraud, Abuse, and Unauthorized Payments

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • unauthorized payments due to compromised accounts
  • payments made by friends/family members using your device
  • suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases:

  • the account may be suspended
  • local authorities may be notified (if required by law)

7. Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Google Play / Apple refunds may take 3–7 business days, depending on their policies.
  • Direct Yaarzoo payments may take 7–14 business days, depending on bank processing.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund request is processed.


8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Your registered mobile number/email
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Screenshot of payment
  • Description of the issue
  • Platform used (Android / iOS / Web)
