Welcome to Yaarzoo — a place to share, express, create, and connect. These Community Guidelines ensure Yaarzoo remains safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone. These rules apply to all users, creators, content, messages, comments, ads, and interactions on the platform. By using Yaarzoo, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Safety First: What Is NOT Allowed

1.1 Violence & Physical Harm

You may NOT post:

• Direct or indirect threats of violence


• Content encouraging self-harm or suicide


• Graphic violence or injury


• Instructions for making weapons, bombs, or harmful substances


• Promoting dangerous challenges or activities

If someone is in danger, report it immediately.

1.2 Harassment, Bullying & Hate

We do NOT allow:

• Personal attacks, insults, or threatening messages


• Body-shaming, character assassination, or repeated harassment


• Hate speech targeting: race, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disabilities, nationality, etc.


• Coordinated harassment or online mobs

Respect every user on Yaarzoo.

1.3 Sexual Content & Nudity

We strictly prohibit:

• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit videos


• Sexual acts, intercourse, touching of genital areas


• Content involving minors (zero tolerance)


• Content with sexual intent, fetish content, sexual chats or solicitation


• Sharing someone’s private sexual content (revenge porn)

Artistic or educational content is allowed only when appropriate and non-sexual.

1.4 Child Safety Violations

Absolutely NOT allowed:

• Any sexualized content of minors


• Suggestive poses of minors


• Child abuse or exploitation


• Grooming or inappropriate messages to minors

Violating this will result in permanent ban and law enforcement notification.

1.5 Drugs, Illegal Activities & Regulated Goods

Not allowed:

• Selling, promoting, or using illegal drugs


• Instructions to commit crimes


• Buying/selling weapons, ammunition, or explosives


• Human trafficking, scams, or illegal betting


• Misuse of copyrighted content

Alcohol/tobacco content must follow local laws and cannot target minors.

1.6 Misinformation & Harmful Content

We do not allow:

• False information causing harm (health, elections, emergencies)


• Deepfakes used to mislead


• Hoaxes or dangerous conspiracy theories

Satire or parody must be clearly labeled.

2. Privacy & Respect

2.1 Non-Consensual Sharing

You may NOT share:

• Private photos, chats, or data without permission


• Personal documents (Aadhar, PAN, addresses, bank details, phone numbers)


• Hidden camera recordings

Respect everyone’s privacy.

2.2 Impersonation & Fake Accounts

Not allowed:

• Pretending to be someone else


• Using fake names to mislead


• Creating accounts to scam users

Verified accounts may require ID for proof of identity.

3. Content Integrity

3.1 Spam & Misleading Activity

We prohibit:

• Automated/bot posting


• Repetitive or irrelevant comments


• Fake engagement (likes, followers, shares)


• Clickbait titles intended to mislead


• Mass advertising without permission

3.2 Copyright & Intellectual Property

Do NOT post:

• Movies, songs, or videos you don’t own


• Content without permission from the creator


• Pirated or watermarked professional content

Creators should always upload original or licensed content.

3.3 Regulated Goods & Illegal Activity

Do not:

• Sell illegal drugs, weapons, human trafficking, or stolen goods


• Post content that instructs on illegal or dangerous activities

4. Community Interaction Rules

4.1 Healthy Communication

You should:

• Be respectful


• Avoid abusive or aggressive tone


• Engage in constructive discussions

4.2 Reporting & Blocking

Users can:

• Report inappropriate content


• Block others easily


• Appeal moderation decisions

We encourage users to report violations instead of responding with hate.

5. Creator Guidelines

Creators must:

• Follow all rules above


• Not manipulate trending algorithms


• Accurately disclose sponsored content


• Avoid harmful or misleading influencer promotions


• Follow local laws regarding advertising and endorsements

Failure may result in demonetization.

6. Recommendations & Distribution

We may reduce visibility or distribution for:

• Borderline content (not banned but harmful)


• Sensational or shocking thumbnails


• Misleading metadata


• Excessive reposting


• Low-quality or spam-like behavior

7. Account Warnings & Penalties

Violations may result in:

2. Temporary restriction


3. Content removal


4. Feature limitation


5. Shadowban (reduced visibility)


6. Temporary suspension


7. Permanent ban

Severe violations (child safety, terrorism, threats) lead to immediate permanent ban and legal action.

8. Appeals Process

If you believe your content was incorrectly removed:

• Visit Help & Support → Appeal


• Provide necessary details


• Moderation team will review your request

Results are final and based on platform safety policies.

9. Advertising & Branded Content Rules

Not allowed:

• False claims (health cures, financial guarantees)


• Content targeting minors with adult products


• Ads involving hate, politics, violence, scam services

Creators must follow disclosure rules (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).

10. Local Laws & Jurisdiction

All Yaarzoo users must follow:

• Indian IT Rules


• Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023


• Copyright Act


• Local state laws


• Global legal standards where applicable

We will cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

11. Changes to Community Guidelines

We may update these guidelines anytime to improve user safety. Significant updates will be notified via the app or email.
